Having a tasty and filling breakfast no longer comes at the cost of a limited time window. At Eggsmart, where all-day breakfast is served from open to close, customers have their pick on when to indulge in some delicious signature dishes. Whether you choose to dine in or take-out for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, this family-friendly restaurant makes it easy to treat yourself. With over 45 locations in Canada, and one conveniently at 1961 Kennedy Road, Eggsmart is here to start your morning (or afternoon) on a good note.

Eggsmart is known for its classic signature breakfasts, served with delicious crispy home fries, toast, and fruit garnish. On their menu you can find a large variety of dishes with the classic component that makes up a traditional breakfast – cage-free eggs! From their Famous 4-Egg Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambler Bowls, and even Cobb Salad, Eggsmart keeps their menu updated with their customers interests in mind.

Their newly styled menu also comes with a few new additions to try out such as the Eggsmart Farmer’s Bowl (2 eggs, bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese, quinoa, caramelized onions and fried tortilla strips on a bed of fresh spinach), Eggsmart Tri-Fecta (pictured below) including 2 eggs with either a Belgian waffle or 2 pancakes, and choice of either sausage, bacon, turkey bacon or ham, or the Chorizo Bennie (chorizo patties with 2 poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce, served on an English muffin).

For our morning visit, we ordered the Eggsmart Tri-Fecta (with 2 pancakes) and the Avocado Toast. The Tri-Fecta is perfect if you’re looking for a filling and satisfying breakfast that combines some of your favourites all in one dish. The Avocado Toast – part of the Light & Right menu is perfect for those who want to indulge in some healthy fats. Your choice of bread is accompanied with freshly smashed avocado, 2 eggs, tomato slices, and of course the fruit garnish. 

Eggsmart’s Light & Right menu contains a few health-conscious, lower-calorie dishes such as Steel Cut Oatmeal (served with fresh berries and sliced bananas, walnut pieces, and a toasted English muffin), or Greek Yogurt Parfaits (topped with granola and fresh fruit), ideal for those days when you don’t want something too heavy! For brunch or lunch, options include a selection of farm fresh salads (Cobb, Taco, Smoked Salmon, or Hail Caesar Chicken, burgers (including their new Chorizo Breakfast Burger), as well as sandwiches and wraps.

If you’re looking for a nice stack of fluffy pancakes, Eggsmart is the place to stop. From Traditional Buttermilk, Chocolate Chip, Bananaberry, Chunky Monkey (layers of Nutella and banana, garnished with cream cheese drizzle and chocolate chips), or The Skyscrapers (layers of Nutella and fresh seasonal fruit), there’s no holding back here! Other non-savoury items include waffles, French toast, and even smoothies – freshly made with Greek vanilla yogurt.

As a breakfast joint, there is no wonder Eggsmart is a favoured spot for many with its large selection of egg dishes and lunch items. Plus, if you’re an early riser, get up and beat the late morning rush with their Early Bird classic breakfast special (available Monday through Friday from 7am-10am, for only $5.99 plus tax).
